Super-duper excited is an understatement (though I have found myself excited quite a bit lately) and I would love for you to guess why. Go ahead, guess! Nope, “It’s Water Time, Ma!” hasn’t been awarded yet but I am working on it. Nope, I didn’t win a billion dollars but I am working on that too. Ok, give up? I will tell you. I am pleased to announce that I am now available to do Author Visits via Skype! Here is how it works. The teacher or administrator of the respective school or organization would send me an email at Tiffany@imagiread.com with the subject being “We want to SKYPE with Tiffany Rachann”. The body of the email should include the date preferred, number of children in group, median age and what lesson they are currently working on that regards water. I would in turn confirm the request with a response within 24 hours and give the contact further instructions.
It is highly suggested that at least one of my books be purchased ahead of the time for the visit so that the children can follow along. Groups that order at least 5 books for a SKYPE Author Visit will receive a special discount of 15%, a personalized letter to each child, a reading chart for each child, a gift for the organizer and free shipping on all of it.
Like I said, I am so super excited about seeing all of the smiling faces this summer and look forward to all the Water Time Experiences that I can have via SKYPE. Be sure to mention this offer to all of your friends and family most especially those who home-school. It is equally wonderful for home-school groups before or after field trips to the health and/or natural sciences museums.
